Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks & responsibilities:
Manage candidate expectations, take ownership for and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
Work with Hiring Managers to enhance job descriptions, communicating an accurate and attractive narrative to the talent population
Full requisition management delivering services on time and maximizing quality of hire
Engage with all stakeholders to deliver a superior service
Identifies opportunities to reduce process delays and gaps
Use supply and demand information to inform stakeholder conversations and sourcing priorities
Connect all data sources to improve productivity and efficiency
Your qualifications:
Proven experience delivering full life cycle recruitment
Demonstrable skills in talent sourcing, engagement and attraction
‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and superior quality approach
Experience using ATS, Workday is preferred but not essential
Experience managing stakeholders, uses collaborative relationships to achieve goals
Business acumen and commercial awareness
Critical thinking, using data to drive decision making and tests ideas against industry best practice
Digital literacy, leveraging technology, tools, trends and content to maximize results
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Fluent English skills
